uniqueness is that she teaches Indian traditional yoga, keeping in mind
the ultimate goal of yoga is self realisation.
She practices and
teaches Hatha yoga (posture - Asanas, cleansing practices - Kriyas,
breathing practices - Pranayamas, concentration - Dharana, medititation -
Dhyane). She also combines the philosophies coming from Patanjal
yoga.
Students will get a
physical, mental, emotional and spiritual benefits through this practice
of Indian traditional yoga. Meher is one of the few people who teaches
this method in Switzerland.
Besides yoga, Meher has 15 years
experience in nutrition, fitness, back and neck pain, work ergomonics,
sleep problems and exercise programs.
