Despite what the financial markets are doing and saying…
It’s simple, you cannot survive without food or finance!
So imagine you can be served both* with champagne ?!
Try the new hotspot the Maison Financier in Lausanne.
Having just opened their doors on the Rue de Petite Chene, in the Quartier de Banques, the name is appropriate in so many ways.
Owner,
chef and previously in asset management – Romain Bottazini, has come up
with a new dual concept that will delight you all the way !
The
Maison Financier is a Champagne Bar that serves bubbles from small
producers in France, alongside a patisserie that will relish your
tastebuds with home – made pastries, tapa’s, sandwiches and sushi as
well as freshly baked bread and macarons !
It’s
the perfect combination and excuse for summer - champagne &
pastries and what’s more is it has a terrace over looking the lake.
With
gorgeous contemporary decor, Maison Financier is open all week from
07h00 – so it is ideal for a little breakfast run. The treat is brunch,
served on Sunday mornings, as well as a line up of things to come such
as champagne tastings, home- made ice-creams and an atelier.
Ladies, during a financial crisis, what about the taste of a seducing pastry "Financier" to improve your morale...
*
Pastry "Financier" is a little french pastry which resembles a little
bar of gold & to which was created in Paris near the stock
exchange.
